We offer two types of subscriptions, Standard and Professional. The subscription is sold for a 12-month period, ensuring stability, continuous updates, and priority support. The annual plan provides seamless OTA synchronization, automated reservation management, and advanced reporting tools to maximize performance and revenue. The invoice for subscription purchase automatically appears in the "My Account" tab under the "Invoices and Documents" section. If the subscription is purchased through Google Play or the App Store, the user is required to obtain the invoice directly from these platforms. All transactions made within these stores are governed by their policies, therefore it is the user's responsibility to obtain the documentation related to the purchase.
After the subscription expires, you will still have access to the system and all existing reservations. However, features related to creating new reservations and access to most of the system's functionalities will be blocked. If you decide to renew the subscription, full access to the system will be restored.
Technical support is included in the price of each subscription. Our team will assist you in configuring the system and answer all your questions so you can fully leverage the capabilities of mobile-calendar and grow your accommodation property.
